Christine Nguyen believes that artists and scientists are both trying to understand nature in some way, the marvel of tools at her disposal a consequence of human curiosity, and this process of inquiry in contrasting what is seen and not seen, is an important element of her practice.
Christine Nguyen was born and raised in California and currently resides in Aurora, Colorado and also works in Long Beach, California. She is a lover of animals, plants, and nature.
She received her B.F.A from California State University, Long Beach and M.F.A from University of California, Irvine. Exhibitions of her work have been shown nationally and internationally.
